Home Inspections Are A Smart Move
Buying a home is a big investment. I encourage my clients to attend the inspection. A home inspection gives the buyer a clear picture of the structure and the major systems in the house. Most of what the inspection will reveal, will be smaller maintenance recommendations and minor items that may need repair, but will not affect your buying decision. These recommendations are valuable as well as major defects. We will start the inspection outside and then move indoors and work from bottom to top, finishing in the attic. When the inspection is complete I will hand you a computer generated report including photos of any issues I may have found. This report will give you a much broader view of the true condition of the property.
